Sanctuary at Fraser Villa Excels in New Rating System |

Sanctuary at Fraser Villa, a Trinity Senior Living Community, has
received top ratings from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
Services’ (CMS) Five Star Quality Rating System for nursing homes. The
CMS is a program of the United States Health and Human Services
Department, and this is the first year of the rating method. Sanctuary
at Fraser Villa received five-out-of-five stars in the newly created
national comparison system.
The five star rating system is based on three main factors: health
inspections, staffing levels and quality measures. Sanctuary at Fraser Villa excelled in all three areas. More than 400 nursing homes in
Michigan were surveyed and compared to 16,000 nursing homes nation-wide.
