Our integrated Rehabilitation Services team provides high quality short-term care for seniors following hospitalization, as well as long-term care for our community residents. Our programs help assure functional ability and ongoing stability. Rehabilitation professionals create comprehensive care plans to address individual needs. They also work closely with our Sanctuary™ caregivers to make each senior’s activities and therapy as meaningful as possible.
