Q: Are Nursing Care fees covered by insurance?
A: Long-term care residents must either pay privately or cover charges through Medicaid or long-term care insurance. Verify coverage with your insurance provider. Contact the community for information on short-term care costs.
Q: Is a security deposit required?
A: We do not require a security deposit, but new Nursing Care residents must submit payment verification information before moving in (insurance, private payment or Medicare).
Q: What are some of the activities you offer? Can a resident opt out of an activity?
A: We schedule regular trips to parks, shopping centers, restaurants, entertainment venues and more. Within our community we offer game and movie nights, resident clubs, special musical performances and other events as requested by the residents. While activities are available for all residents, they are not obligated to participate.

A: No. We welcome residents of all faiths.
