Move-In Instructions for Independent Living Residents

New residents need to complete and submit an Application to Move-in. After selecting your apartment, your move-in date will be agreed upon with upon with our sales staff (we’ll work with you to schedule a convenient date and time). Our apartments have a one-year lease.

Meet the sales team a few days before your move-in date to sign lease papers. You’ll receive a welcome packet and be introduced to our other staff members. Our Activities Coordinator will ask about your interests and invite you to join in our activities. A Welcoming Committee resident will invite you to a complimentary lunch or dinner and introduce you to other residents.

Once you’ve moved in and become settled, our Wellness Nurse will pay you a visit. Our Activities Coordinator will ask about your interests and invite you to begin enjoying the exciting lifestyle at Sanctuary at Bellbrook!
